Steve will be reading from and discussing his book, Thirty-Eight: The Hurricane that Transformed New England. He will be presenting slides and coming with wonderful stories from the time a hurricane swept through this area and left its impact on our woods and landscape that can still be seen today. Thirty-Eight illuminates the great hurricane from a unique and compelling perspective. With humor, scholarship and insight, you will never look at a windstorm or fallen tree the same way!
