Hello Neighbors. We invite you to come to our Sugarhouse at Sherman Hollow Organic Farm (shermanhollowfarm.com) ,251 Sherman Hollow Road in HInesburg and join in as we participate in the statewide Maple Open House Weekend. We will be open 10 to 5 on Saturday and Sunday. Watch and learn about making syrup from maple sap, sample the sap and the syrup and enjoy the steamy warmth of the sugarhouse. We will have syrup, Bourbon Barrel Aged Syrup, and honey for sale. We are a very small operation, not visible from the road so just turn in where you see our sign. Looking forward to seeing you!
