For Women’s History Month, Preservation Burlington is collaborating with UVM Special Collections to showcase the words of Vermont women who wrote about their experiences attending, working, and teaching at colleges and universities. Drawing from the UVM Libraries manuscripts collection, we will read selections from the diaries, letters and writings of women who attended, worked at, or taught at colleges and universities, including Ellen Hamilton, one of UVM’s first female students. Audience participation is strongly encouraged! Bring your own journal to read. Do you dare to share?!

Free and open to the public. For more information: 656-2138 or uvmsc@UVM.edu
