The 9th annual meeting of the Acorn Renewable Energy Co-op will be held between
5 and 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017 in the lower social space at Two Brothers Tavern, 86 Main Street in Middlebury, Vermont.

The meeting will begin with a presentation by Acorn Energy Co-op board members about our renewed efforts to launch our Community Solar Project, Acorn Energy Solar 2, in Shoreham. Back in November of 2015, the project ran into a series of regulatory and approval problems when Green Mountain Power hit its statutory limit for renewables. We'll bring you up to date on the latest exciting developments.

The membership will also hear officers' reports, vote on a slate of directors, and any other business that may legally come before the meeting.

As always, we offer free hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.

There will be a $50 Two Brothers gift certificate door prize for members!

We are eager to hear our members' feedback and questions. The public is welcome to attend.
