Calling all afternoon yogis to join me this Wednesday from 3:30-4:30 at Valley Glow Yoga for a make-up class from our winter series.  Also, if you are thinking of joining the upcoming spring 6-week class series (April 26-May31st), this is a great opportunity to come and check out the class. One hour posture flow incorporating breathwork and relaxation.
