HI all residents of Plainfield,
The Plainfield Selectboard has signed all final PACE documents; however, you have only until the end of the day tomorrow, October 31st, to get your application and project review forms into Efficiency VT. PACE (Property-Assessed Clean Energy) can be used to finance weatherization for your home, or the installation of a renewable energy project. The loan repayments are made monthly, and are linked to your property tax due, for long-term repayment.
