Come join Lisa Mason from Fiddleheads Cuisine for this hands-on class at the Moretown Elementary School. We will start with a short story time and then move into the kitchen where parents and kids can both join in as we prepare a few simple dishes that please the taste buds while optimizing nutrition. Class is allergy-friendly, all ages are welcome, and it is free with suggested donation, however you must register to attend.
