Join us at the Co-op for this month’s Ayurvedic wellness discussion lead by Tina Ghantous, a long time co-op member who has been a student and teacher of yoga and Ayurveda. It is what we do every day that has the greatest impact on our health and mental stability. We will look at the basics – sleeping patterns, digestion, movement, and invite the practical wisdom of Ayurveda into your life. Each session will have a focus, but will be very open to addressing the questions that arise. Whether you are looking for a little more energy, have been struggling with ongoing wellness challenges, or just have a little spark of curiosity, it is always beneficial to take pause and bring some insight into your experience.
