From High School to College: An Information Session for Students with IEP or 504 plans.
High school students, families, counselors, and educators from across Vermont are invited to attend. As a student on a IEP or 504 plan there are additional considerations to take into account when making the transition from high school to a 4 year college, community college, trade or vocational school. This information session will include college support professionals, current college students and parents will present and discuss their experiences.This evening program will help you navigate this process with more ease and confidence so that you feel prepared to get the support you need to be successful after high school.
