Aikido of Champlain Valley is offering a Free Workshop for Teens on Saturday, March 18th From 1-2:30pm

Aikido of Champlain Valley is a 501c3 non-profit organization that offers scholarships to low income youth. We encourage POC, LGBTQ, and all religions and nationalities to join in learning this Embodied Conflict Resolution. Studying a Martial Art is effective in developing mental and physical strength. Aikido is a non-competitive art. Everyone learns at their own pace.

We're excited to offer the skills of Aikido to young women and young men who benefit by learning to protect themselves and others, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Dress in comfortable clothing and be ready to move!
