Past event
Mar 20, 2017, 6:30 to 8 PM

Families for Education in Vermont will host an informational meeting followed by dessert and discussion at Mettawee School on March 20th at 6:30pm. FEV will share their research-based report which has also been submitted to the Vermont State House and Senate Education Committees. The report examines the impact and outcomes of the current secondary education funding system on students, parents, and taxpayers.

Rupert resident Charles Armentrout will lead the presentation and field questions. Mr. Armentrout works as an adjunct public policy researcher and staff officer at the RAND Corporation, a public policy think tank. He has held significant leadership positions in the Air Force and the White House, works as a senior leader consultant, and is a public policy PhD candidate at George Mason University.

The goal of the evening is to ensure that all members of the Rupert and Pawlet community are informed and engaged in the future of our children and our towns.
