Friends & Neighbors, as many of you may have noticed Hunger Mountain Children's Center has re-opened its downtown location, now bigger and better than before hurricane Irene displaced us. We would like as many friends, families, alumni and neighbors join us to celebrate in what the new center will be able to provide for fun, safe and exciting child care in our community. We are very excited to show off our updated building!

We are hosting a community wide Open House on, Saturday March 25th from 10:00am-2:00pm.
In addition to offering tours of the facility there will be food, a silent auction/raffle and the unveiling of our "Giving Tree". In the weeks to come, Dana, a former teacher at HMCC, will be painting a tree on the wall in the entry way and will be a whimsical tribute to the growth our children achieve while at HMCC. We will be selling gold leaves that you can have your name, or the name of a loved one or business, etched onto. These leaves will remain at HMCC for many years to come!
