Capital City Concerts presents "Night" - featuring the renowned Formosa String Quartet with flutist Karen Kevra, and pianist Paul Orgel performing works of Schubert, Couperin, Ligeti, and Chopin. David Soyer, former founding cellist of the Guarneri Quartet called the Formosa Quartet “one of the very best quartets of their generation.” They were the winners of the First Prize and the Amadeus Prize at the London International String Quartet Competition in 2006. Two performances: Saturday March 11, 2017 at 7:30PM at the Unitarian Church of Montpelier and Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 4PM at the Champlain Valley Unitarian Universalist Society, Middlebury.
