Wagonloads of fun! Merck Forest's Annual Pancake Breakfast is coming up fast and all are welcome to join the fun. Ride in a horse-drawn wagon up to the Frank Hatch Sap House where the staff will serve breakfast sausages from MFFC-raised pork, locally-grown eggs, pancakes drizzled with Merck’s Vermont-certified organic syrup, Tall-Cat Coffee, Battenkill Valley Creamery products, and juice. After breakfast, enjoy the family-oriented activities around the farm: check out the maple-tap demonstrations, explore the property on the self-guided scavenger hunt, and of course, visit the new babies in the Small Animal Barn.
