Coming up Thursday on Goddard College Community Radio - one of the nation’s foremost environmental educators, and numerous guests talking about sanctuary towns and immigrants in Vermont.
9:00 - 10:00 am
David Orr is emeritus chair of the environmental education department at Oberlin College, as well as one of the compelling describers of the state of the world. We’ll talk about the work of the sustainability movement under a Trump administration, the importance of local actions like the Oberlin Project in Ohio and the Net Zero Montpelier project in Vermont, and one of the first local food studies with an eye towards sustainability.
Orr will be speaking on Monday, March 6, at 7 pm at the Haybarn Theater at Goddard College.
