The 3rd of a 3 part series. This one is focusing on hips, knees, and feet. Learn ways in which these areas of the body are meant to move, how to enhance movement in these regions, and creating strength and flexibility. No yoga experience required. There is a lot of discussion and some movement to enhance the knowledge in your body-mind connection.
Margaret Pitkin is the extremely knowledgable teacher. She has over a 1,000 hours of yoga training and is currently in a doctorate program for physical therapy.
