Exploring our dreams can help us discover new dimensions of our creativity. As we enter the dream reality, we experience feelings and images that can inform how we express ourselves.

Humans are creative beings with a deep need to express our inner experience. For centuries people have used art, music, writing, and movement to express that need. Students will learn the basics of exploring their dreams, and will have the opportunity to experiment with a variety of media to express their dream-inspired, inner experience.

We teach the basics of dream exploration, share personal experiences from our own dream journeys, and invite students to experiment with a variety of media to deepen their inner experience.
