Meditation - Yoga and Mandala Painting

Step in from the snowy cold and slow down your busy life to become an artist with a calm, balanced mind during this meditative painting experience.

Class begins with 25 minutes of restorative yoga and guided meditation to help you relax. Then teaching artist Natasha Bogar will lead mandala painting. You will learn design, color mixing and art history and leave class with your painting on a wooden circle
