Greetings!
I'll be speaking this week for the Love the Lake Series for the Lake Champlain Basin Program on the Cold Hollow to Canada roadkill project called WildPaths! The talk will be held at the Gordon Center House at 54 West Shore Road in Grand Isle from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
Learn why and where bobcats and other animals cross the road and how you can help document both successful and unsuccessful wildlife crossings in Vermont. The WildPaths Project kicks off its second season on April 1st. Volunteers are needed as we look to ground truth wildlife crossing zone modeling that has been done by the state to better understand wildlife connectivity.
For more information contact the Lake Champlain Basin Program at 800-468-5227 or 802-372-3213.
