In the spirit of the long, lazy Sunday lunches central to the culture of Italy, we'll be relaxing in the farmhouse with a six-course Italian-style feast. We cook with an Italian influence and Vermont ingredients, including Agricola Farm's heritage pigs and chickens, eggs, Icelandic sheep's milk and acres of foraged goods. When: SUNDAY, February 26th. Lunch begins with a (optional) farm tour at 11am. After visiting the heritage-breed pigs, chickens and Icelandic sheep, you'll settle in for lunch from 11:30 to around 2:30 pm.
