The Forest Service is having a hearing Monday, Feb. 27, 2017 at 7pm at the Lincoln Town Office regarding having a public shooting range on Cobb Hill Rd. It is my understanding that the Forest Service is looking for a place for a county shooting range but I have not been able to confirm this yet. The hearing is open to the public. Come and listen, learn and ask questions.
