Maple Tree Tapping & Syrup Tasting at Jericho Town Library!

Come to the Jericho Town Library to learn how to tap maple trees with Tom Baribault of Birch Hill Sugar Works. If the weather cooperates, we can watch the sap run. We will learn about maple sugar grades and there will be maple syrup to taste.
All ages welcome!
