Effective Communication Strategies - an education program by the Alzheimer's Association will be presented by Community Educator Ann Hawksby - Thursday February 23 at 6:30 pm at Franklin County Rehab Center, 110 Fairfax Road, St. Albans, VT. This is a Free program that will explore how best to communicate with people with Alzheimer's/dementia during each stage of the disease.
