FREE and open to all women!

Healing Arts for Women is an ongoing arts program created for women to process challenging life experiences, whether they be emotional or physical abuse, illness, grief and loss, generalized stress and anxiety, or trauma of any kind.

Woman of all ages are welcome.

This group explores healing through games, drawing, writing, mindfulness, movement and companionship.

Join us every Tuesday,
6-7:30pm

Location : The Red Clover Conference Room at Gifford Memorial Hospital –
*It's a separate wing from the hospital; enter in the door on the left of the main entrance to the hospital down the stairs - You do not need to go through any of the Hospital to get to the conference rooms. Once through the door to the side entrance, the Red Clover room is on your left!

SafeArt is a nonprofit organization that works to reduce and prevent trauma through engagement in the expressive arts. Their work includes Women’s Healing Arts, residencies and workshops for youth, and healing programs for those who have experienced trauma.
