The Lake Champlain Basin Program will host Douglas Brooks, Boatbuilder, Author, and a Vermont Humanities Council 2017 speaker who will present "From Skiffs to Sail Ferries: The Story of Vermont's Small Boat Traditions" on Thursday, February 23 at the LCBP Office in Grand Isle. This FREE public program will run from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Desserts and coffee will be ready for 6:15 p.m. The LCBP office is located at 54 West Shore Road in Grand Isle, the first building north of the ferry entrance.
