SVMSN MULTIPLE MYELOMA SUPPORT GROUP FEBRUARY 21, 2017, MEETING NOTICE

The Southern Vermont Myeloma Support Network (including eastern New York state and the northern Berkshires in MA) will hold a support group meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 6-8 PM, in the Community Resource Room at the SVMC Regional Cancer Center, 140 Hospital Drive, Bennington, VT 05201. Interested patients with blood diseases, caregivers, family members, and supportive friends are encouraged to join us! Remember, knowledge is patient-power, so learn and share as much as possible about myeloma. Our group utilizes the Difficult Conversations Workbook: Finding a Path through Illness, an interactive toolkit produced by the Center for Communication in Medicine Speak Sooner initiative.
