On Sunday February 19 starting at 1:00pm there will be a bingo to raise funds to benefit the Canaan Schools Healthy Snack Program at the American Legion Hall on Kingsley Road in Canaan, Vermont. This is being sponsored by the Sons of the American Legion Squadron #47 and the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #47. There will be 10 games with cash prizes based on a 50/50 split of cashiers proceeds along with 3 games with donated prizes with a final blackout game that all money from sales for that game will be the prize money. The doors will open at 11:30am and the will be food and drinks available. Bring non-perishable food items for the NEKCA food shelf and get 1 free card. The more people we have the bigger the prizes and the more money going to this worthy program.
