The Jericho Planning Commission has it's regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday February 21 and 7 :00 pm. Below is a summary of the agenda:

1) Public Comment - this is a time for the public to comment on items not on the agenda
2) Approval of February 7 Minutes
3) Interviews for potential Planning Commission members
4) Discuss the “Generally Accepted/Technical” Proposed Zoning Changes. The PC will discuss next steps,the Exit Survey results, changes and why the changes were made
5) Discuss “More Complicated Proposed Zoning Changes”. The PC will discuss the next steps in the process, the Exit Survey results and discuss any potential changes
6) Discuss “Commercial District Related Proposed Changes". The PC will discuss the next steps – tying in with the Commercial District Project
7) Other Business
8) Wrap up and Planning for Next Meeting
9) Executive Session – Personnel Related
