Harvest Supper for Great Cause...

The11thAnnualStarksboroHarvestSupperwillbeservedstartingat5:30p.m.onSaturday,November2nd.Ticketstobesoldatthedoorofthemulti-purposeroomatRobinsonSchool.Adults$10and$5foryouth12yearsandyounger.ProceedstobenefittheFourWindsNatureInstituteProgramatRobinson.

The menu will feature hot corn bread served with local vegetables and meats in a variety of chili dishes. Delicious homemade pumpkin, apple and berry pies will be served for dessert along with hot and cold beverages.

The hosts of the Supper, the Starksboro Conservation Commission seeks volunteers of all ages to help with setting up tables, food preparation, serving, re-stocking, and clean-up. To volunteer, contact one of the co-chairs, Jan McCleery (mccleery@norwich.edu or 453-3755 or

The Starksboro Conservation Commission is an advisory body whose mission is to provide leadership in the Town of Starksboro’s efforts to protect its natural and agricultural resources through education, conservation advocacy, land stewardship, and the town planning process.
