Let's Grow Kids will be hosting an Introduction to Legislative Advocacy Training on February 20, 2017 from 5:30-7 pm at the Ilsley Public Library Meeting Room.

This hour long training will provide an overview of policy and the legislative process in Vermont, the power of our collective action and how you can make a difference. This training is right for you if: You want to participate in our movement to create lasting policy change for Vermont children!

By the end of the session participants will understand:
The basics of policy advocacy and how it works in Vermont.
The issues Let’s Grow Kids is supporting during this legislative session.
How to talk to your legislators about high-quality affordable child care.
