Book Donations Needed!

A Book Sale to benefit the Winooski Memorial Library will be held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 7th at the O'Brien Community Center (32 Malletts Bay Ave.). Come help us raise money to support library programs and improvements.

We still need donations of books for the sale, so make some space on your bookshelves and bring your gently used books to the Winooski Library (next door to the O'Brien Community Center) during library hours: Tues.10-7, Weds. 3-7, Thurs. & Fri. 10-6, Sat. 10-1. We welcome your contributions (we would especially love children's books and fiction!), but cannot accept condensed books, encyclopedias, textbooks, or computer software.

Bring a friend and join us on December 7th to find some new additions to your personal book collection! Books will cost between $.50 and $2 (and $5 for a bag between 1-2 pm!), so come stock up. And if you don't have a library card yet, you can get one right at the Book Sale (just bring an item to show proof of your Winooski residence, such as a driver's license or a piece of mail).

See you there!
