The East Montpelier Planning Commission is working on developing a Master Plan and updated zoning for East Montpelier Village. At our meeting on February 16th we will review the town’s current Planned Residential Development/Planned Unit Development regulations, review draft village vision language, and review materials for display at Town Meeting. This discussion will be Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the Town Office, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. The public is welcome at this, and all, Planning Commission meetings.
