This workshop will cover the basics and discuss some of the reasons to meditate. You will learn breathing techniques that will assist you in feeling re-energized, focused and capable dealing with daily stress. You will be guided through meditation, deep progressive relaxation and walk away feeling confident about beginning your own practice. A follow up workshop will be scheduled for those interested in continuing. This is perfect for those brand new to meditation or anyone who has experience but looking to explore it further. $35 per person. RSVP by 2/24 space is limited.
