Stroll presents Pizza and a MOO-vie to kick off Ski Jump Weekend
On Friday evening, February 17 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Strolling of the Heifers will host Pizza and a MOO-vie for the whole family at the River Garden, 157 Main Street, Brattleboro.
Join us as we celebrate the annual Harris Hill Ski Jump with a Friday night picnic! Enjoy gluten-free pizza and dessert from Against the Grain Gourmet and timeless, silent short films on the big screen for the whole family.
The menu will include three-cheese, pepperoni and pesto pizza from Brattleboro’s Against the Grain Gourmet and Green Mountain Creamery’s Yo Yummy yogurt pouches with Against the Grain’s scrumptious grain-free cookies for dessert. While you enjoy pizza, sit back and laugh at a specially curated program of classic silent short films for kids of all ages. Stop by for a quick, delicious family dinner or settle in for the movie!
The Stroll's art gallery, Gallery at the Garden, will be open as well, with an installation featuring nine members of Brattleboro-West Arts. The show features a diverse collection of works, including photography, metal sculpture, hooked and braided wall hangings, collage, large-scale prints and paintings in gouache, acrylic, and oil.
Pizza and a MOO-vie is a fundraiser for Strolling of the Heifers’ Farm to Table Apprenticeship Program and is sponsored by Against the Grain Gourmet and Commonwealth Dairy. Suggested donation $5 per person. For more information, please call 802-246-0982 or visit www.StrollingoftheHeifers.com
