Bill H.3 (changing the mandatory minimum burial depth) has passed unanimously out of committee and will have a hearing on The State House Floor Tuesday the 14th at 10am. While we won't be able to testify with our voices at the hearing, having a large number of people in the chamber will show that this is an important issue. This bill in an integral part of making green burial an option for all Vermonters. If you are able to attend please meet in the State House lobby at 9:30 so we can go in and be seated together. Feel free to wear green for green burial. And, if you haven’t yet contacted your state representatives, now is the time.
