Bring your sweetie (or come alone) to Nataraja, a monthly gathering for the local dance community at The Yoga Place in Bennington, VT (532 Main Street, upstairs over the DMV, entrance and parking in rear of building off Pleasant Street) on Friday, February 17th, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. This month only, there will be a special Indian Bazaar, from 5:30-6:45 p.m., featuring Indian items (mainly scarves) for sale and chai beverages. The items were purchased during Jane Schaeffer’s most recent trip to India.

Nataraja was created out of a desire from and for dancers of any shape, age, size and ability to have a safe and fun place to find their artistic expression. Talking is a kept to a minimum. Please, no alcohol or mind-altering substances—but do bring your water bottle. Each person is encouraged to make a $5 donation, with the profits to be donated to Greater Bennington Interfaith Community Services.
