Ripton Town Meeting Memo

Ripton’s Town Meeting is Monday, March 6 starting at 7 pm. at the Ripton Community House on Rte. 125. New this year: starting at 6 pm, a light supper of homemade soups and breads will be provided. Our usual “dessert social” will follow the meeting this year; feel free to bring a plate of cookies to share or just enjoy what’s there. Childcare is available at the Ripton Elementary School. Monday night, we’ll discuss and vote on the town budget and all the other items on the “warning”. On Tuesday, March 7, the polls will be open from 7 am to 7 pm to vote by Australian ballot on town officers, contributions to service agencies and school budgets.
