Attention Essex Junction residents! The Planning Commission will be meeting on Thursday, February 16th at 6 PM at the Village Offices. The major agenda item for this meeting is the final site plan approval for the construction of a three (3) story building at 195-197 Pearl Street. This building is proposed to have 67 apartments and 3,439 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Remember that the final site plan approval is the last step that the applicant must go through before they are able to construct-which means that now is the time to let your voice be heard in the planning process!
