Have an Answer for How to "Build a World Beyond War?"

Past event

Apply to lead a workshop/presentation/panel to share your solution! A newly-formed coalition--Vermont Stands for a World Beyond War--is hosting a Peace Conference at Winooski HS on April 22nd. The conference, entitled "Building a World Beyond War: What Will It Take?", is looking for hour long programming that answers that question. The idea is that the coalition will select nine programs to make up the bulk of the conference. We are hoping to host organizations and/or individuals who will look at this issue of building a world beyond war from different lenses and angles. We are reaching out to activist groups and organizations who focus on racial justice, gender equity, environmental justice, economic justice, nonviolence, anti-war efforts, and so on but we also wanted to post it to neighbors. If you or someone you know is interested please fill out an online form (https://goo.gl/forms/oo0d0DAXaZfmgUV52) by February 28th. If you have questions please connect with me at kyle@pjcvt.org or 863-2345 x6.

Thanks!
