Faithfulness - This Sunday at the Community Church

Past event
Feb 12, 2017, 10 AM to 12 PM

FAITHFULNESS is the next focus of Pastor Mathew’s series on “The Fruit of God in Us”. The length and breadth of the Bible is pregnant with the idea of God's Faithfulness. Some of those encouraging verses can be found in Galatians 5:17-18, Galatians 5:22-23, Acts 2:42, 2 Timothy 2:13, Romans 3:3; Genesis 18:12, Hebrews 11:11, Revelation 19:11, 1 Corinthians 10:13, Acts 11:23, Mark 12:28-30, Colossians 3:5, and Peter 4:10.

God's Faithfulness is reveled through his Character, exemplified through Jesus and cultivated through the life of his Believers. God's faithfulness keeps his promises, preserves his people and sustains his creation. The world is characterized by unfaithfulness. Yet believers in Christ are called to live faithfully by first acknowledging that they lack it, and then allowing God to grow in them through his indwelling presence. Come listen.
