These important regulations are designed with public input to ensure a clear and defined process for Cambridge property owners seeking to divide their property or modify existing property lines.

Cambridge's Subdivision Regulations are administered by our Development Review Board with the assistance of our excellent new Administrative Officer- Carroll Peters.

The Cambridge Planning Commission is also seeking new members as we begin reviewing and rewriting another essential local governance document- the Cambridge Town Plan. We encourage anyone interested in shaping the future of our community to attend and learn more.
