On February 12th, Andy Nagy-Benson & Emily Joselson, will host another community conversation at the Ilsley’s Community Room, from 4-5:30 pm. We are all immigrants, and all have valuable stories to share about our unique traditions -- as well as our commonalities. But, given the President’s Muslim ban, we are hosting a panel discussion with members of our community who identify as Muslim. The panel will include our friends, neighbors and colleagues Farhad and Amtul Khan, who own Middlebury’s One Dollar Market, Ata Anzali, Professor at Middlebury College, Beau Scurich and Naila Baloch, Middlebury College’s Muslim co-chaplains, and students from the College. In addition, we will show the 2014 documentary, PBS America at a Crossroads: The Muslim Americans.
