Frost Mountain Nordic is excited to be starting the signup for the popular 2013-2014 BKL program (pre-K through 8th grade). This program meets every Weds at 3:30pm and Sunday at 10:00am, and introduces kids to the wonderful sport of cross country skiing! Through basic skill building, balance work, and contagiously fun games of capture the flag, fox and hounds, and stuck in the mud (ON SKIS!), we help cultivate a love of the outdoors and keep our youth active!
