February 9, 7:00 pm, Peacham LIbrary Winter Series – Marsha Garrison, Growing Up Poor: What Determines Child Outcomes – What makes a difference in life outcome if you’re growing up at the bottom of the socioeconomic heap? A unique database of interconnected Family Court records offers some clues.
The lecture is free and open to the public. The program is held in Peacham Library’s Community Center, a space recently renovated with funding from the Vermont Arts Council Grant, Passumpsic Savings Bank and support from the community.
