Unfortunately, not everyone loves sauerkraut, kimchi and their fermented cousins, but we are all learning about the importance of live cultures in our diets. Kombucha and kefir are delicious, as well as fun and easy to make without special equipment. In this class held at the Moretown School, we'll explore the stages and ingredients in these live cultured and fermented beverages and have an opportunity to sample the finished products.
