Attention Educators! St. Johnsbury Academy is hosting a nine-hour course designed to help teachers integrate technology into their classrooms.
Technology Integration in Special Ed: Mar 11, 18, 25, SA 9-noon (9 hrs); $150
Special Education teachers will master technology tools that can be integrated within all content areas and used to assist students with learning challenges. Participants will learn to utilize Google Add Ons and Chrome Extensions including Speech Recognition, Mindmeister, Read & Write, Awesome ScreenShot, and many others. Participants will develop lesson plans to incorporate their learning in their classrooms. Facilitator Karen Stark has over 15 years’ experience as an elementary educator, special educator, curriculum coordinator, and tech integration specialist.
