Join us on February 25th for a 3 hour workshop where we will learn the basic principles and techniques of the yogic path of meditation and how these practices can improve your life.
• Through these practices, you will gain a greater sense of calm, peace and insight into life and discover your true Self
• Explore what meditation is and is not
• How to establish a daily meditation practice of your own
• Preliminary steps to meditation according to the 8-fold path of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
• We will practice the techniques and have time for contemplation and open discussion

Jennifer McCluskey has been studying and practicing yoga for over 15 years. She completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training program at Yoga On Main in Philadelphia and then went on to become a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, graduating from the American Institute of Vedic Studies Program. Her goal is to help people find peace and contentment in their lives through yoga and Ayurveda. She offers private and group yoga classes, meditation instruction and Ayurvedic consultations.
