Come join us for an afternoon full of fun at Franklin Recreation’s First Annual Winter Carnival! We have a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities planned for all ages and abilities. There will also be a community dinner co-hosted by the Farm to School Program accompanied with music and dance, courtesy of Jes Alexant.
