Culinary and Baking Classes February 2017

Our next class will be on Sunday, Feb 05 at 10:00 am and it's all about making healthy soups and broths that support your well-being in the winter months (and beyond). (Two spaces left for this class, register online or email us).
The next classes are: "Baking with Whole Grains, Ancients Grains and Alternative Grains (Gluten-free)" on 2/12 and a beginner/intermediate class on natural bread baking: "Wild Yeasts and Hand-Made Breads" on 2/19.
All classes take place at Brotbakery in Fairfax.
