Join Dr. Maria Sirois at Yoga Roots this Saturday! We all seek a better day - the kind of day that lifts us, engages us, and brings about that sense of a true life, one worth living. Yet, how do we get there when stress abounds, or responsibilities pile high, or relationships become murky? Or...when life is good and full and lovely...how do we sustain it? In the beautiful serenity of YogaRoots we'll explore the questions - based on positive psychology research, mind/body medicine and the poetic traditions - that sustain us and inspire us. We'll explore journal exercises, dip into mindfulness and gratitude, and play with images that provide a scaffolding of knowledge as well as wisdom to bring us closer to that better day.
Cost: $75 Scholarships available. Registration required.
